Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted if requested before the dispatch of materials or before the installation team is deployed to your premises. Once the safety nets are cut to your specific measurements or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Since safety nets are customized and cut to size based on individual client requirements (sq. ft. or meters), we do not accept returns or provide refunds for successfully delivered and installed products.

3. Damaged or Defective Materials

As an authorized dealer of Garware, we ensure the highest quality. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged materials, you must notify us at +91 9686199952 within 24 hours of delivery/installation. We will inspect the issue and, if validated, replace the defective section at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

If an eligible cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days directly to the original method of payment used during checkout.
